Fabulous Christian Lacroix clip on earrings in the Art Deco style.
This is a gorgeous pair of signed Christian Lacroix Couture clip earrings with an unusual and eye catching cluster of glass and rhinestone detailing set in silver tone metal and measuring 24mm by 16mm. They are an Art Deco type design and most likely from a fashion runway collection
I estimate these to be early 2000 when Lacroix finished a line of novelty accessories which included semi precious jewellery. I have not seen any like these before in looking through examples of his earrings. Personally I particularly like the design and the mixture of cut stones and glass. The central glass colouring is iridescent and reminds me of the effect of an opal and the barrels are decorated reminiscent of Venetian glass.
Condition is very good, no chips or damages! One earring is slightly different in colour at the back as it is vintage , not really noticable but I feel i have to mention this. The clips are very secure and they are signed at the back.

If there is an agreement made for a return, no returns should be made without registered posting tracked and signed for. We also do not accept refunds if the buyer does not check the correct measurements as all photos are taken close up to really showcase the item.
All items closures from earrings, bracelets, necklaces have been tested several times over to insure the closures are tight and in good usage. No Part refund or refund will be made for claims that state otherwise.
All items are taken in professional lighting and a true representative of the item but there might be computer screen differences, no returns or refunds are made if there is a slight colour difference due to this.
All items are posted within two working days unless state differently in shop announcements due to specified circumstances.We don’t have control over the delivery time of each item but send all our items tracked and signed for with the countries official postal service which is one of the most reliable service of posting.
IMPORTANT: sometimes there are unforeseen delays in international transportation related to anything that might cause delays, packages will only be considered lost in transit after a waiting period of 90 days of the day of shipping.After 40 days of no movement in the waiting period, the shop will start enquiries at the postal service.
